SXB VPN - Contact and deletion request

Request deletion of data and, where applicable, the individual account associated with your use of SXB VPN here. The app does not need to be installed. Do not include passwords, VPN access codes, private keys, configurations or identity documents.

After verifying identity and scope, support must process client/device data: registrations, activations, access and plans, push tokens, volumes, diagnostics, tickets and identifiable logs. A shared reseller account must never be deleted to erase one client's data. Any legally necessary retention must be explained with its reason and duration. Processing and backup periods still require confirmation; no unapproved deadline is promised here.

This form records a request for manual handling. It does not automatically delete, deactivate or verify any account. Support must contact you through an operational reply channel and verify your identity before acting; knowing a device identifier is not proof of identity.
